What exactly does wedding day coordination include?
Wedding day coordination focuses on managing the logistics of your wedding so you can fully enjoy the day. I step in to finalize details, create and execute your timeline, communicate with vendors, and oversee the flow of events from rehearsal through the end of the night.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! I proudly serve couples throughout Indiana and surrounding states.
Travel up to 2 hours one way is included in all coordination packages. Weddings requiring extended travel or overnight accommodations may include additional travel-related arrangements, which are always discussed in advance.
Will you communicate with my vendors?
Absolutely. I act as the main point of contact for your vendors prior to and during the wedding day, ensuring everyone follows the finalized timeline and knows where to be.
When do you start working with couples?
Unlimited communication begins at booking. Structured planning and coordination officially begin two months before your wedding day, when timelines, vendor confirmations, and final details are completed.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
Most couples need around 12 hours of wedding day coverage, which allows for full-day support without rushing important moments. This is why the 14-hour package with an assistant is the most popular choice.
Do you help with decor set up?
Light decor assistance, such as placing signage and small personal items, is included in select packages.
Full ceremony and reception setup and teardown are included only in the Full Experience Coordination package.
