Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely. I proudly provide wedding day management services in South Bend, Indiana, throughout Northern Indiana, and surrounding Midwest areas.

Travel within 2 hours (one way) from South Bend is included in all coordination packages. For weddings outside the South Bend region requiring extended travel or overnight accommodations, additional arrangements will be discussed in advance.
Will you communicate with my vendors?
Absolutely. I serve as the main point of contact for your vendors prior to and during the wedding day, ensuring everyone follows the finalized timeline and understands their responsibilities.

In Signature & Full packages, a detailed timeline is distributed directly to your full vendor team for seamless managment.
When do you start working with couples?
Unlimited communication begins at booking.
Structured planning and coordination officially begin two months before your wedding day, when timelines, vendor confirmations, and final details are organized.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
Most couples benefit from 8 - 14 hours of wedding day coverage to all for full-day support without rushing important moments.

• 8-hour Signature Coverage provides extended flow and transition oversight.
• 14-hour Full Wedding Day Management offers complete leadership from morning prep to final send-off with assistant support.

We’ll determine the right coverage based on your guest count, locations, and overall complexity.
Do you help with decor set up?
Light décor assistance such as signage placement and personal items is included in Essential and Signature coverage (within your contracted time window).

Comprehensive ceremony and reception setup supervision, room flips, and end-of-night oversight are included in the Full Wedding Day Management package, which also includes assistant team coverage.
